Reinforcing the front spring pockets is a must do when building a car these are 3/16 thick plates that weld into the spring pockets (3/8 versions are also available) plates come with a 3 inch cylinder hole to accommodate 2 inch sleeves when being used also can be used without sleeves as well. THESE FIT AMERICAN FRAMES ONLY.  Not sure which frame you have? Look by the back bumper if the frame rails behind the quarter panel is fully boxed it is a Canadian frame. If its in the shape of a C its a American frame
